Western National Announces Officer Promotion of Michele Reusse to Vice President – Human Resources

(Minneapolis, Minn.) Western National Insurance Group today announced that it has promoted Michele Reusse to an officer role as Vice President of Human Resources, effective immediately.

Michele joined Western National in 2022 as Director of Human Resources, bringing more than 20 years of prior experience in Human Resources leadership roles with companies such as Retail Merchandising Services, Lifetouch, and Mall of America. In the time since joining, Michele has successfully scaled Western National’s Human Resources team and functions to support the growing needs of the now-950-employees-strong Group of companies. Michele holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Metro State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources via the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
