In the time since joining, Michele has successfully scaled Western National’s Human Resources team and functions to support the growing needs of the now-950-employees-strong Group of companies. Michele holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Metro State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources via the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
