Western National Releases “Pay My Bill” Feature on Mobile App

(Minneapolis, Minn.) Western National Insurance Group today announced an exciting new “Pay My Bill” feature to its mobile application, which allows policyholders to pay their bills, add or edit payment methods, and view their online payment history using their Apple or Android mobile devices. For policyholder convenience, Western National clients using the updated app can pay bills by credit card, debit card, checking account, or savings account. Mobile users can download the free app today in iTunes and Google Play app stores.

The new “Pay My Bill” feature is available to customers who have a personal or commercial insurance policy with Western National and who are registered with MyAccount. MyAccount is a fast, free, and easy-to-use online bill payment and policy viewing tool. Policyholders can register for MyAccount through the Western National mobile app or online at

In addition to the new “Pay My Bill” feature, the updated mobile app has a user-friendly interface, making it easy for policyholders to manage their accounts ‘on the go’. Personal insurance policyholders can also use the app to view their personal auto ID cards, agency contact information, and basic policy information. (These features are not available to commercial policyholders.)
